I went to school for kinesiology and have created several successful programs. I will create a 12 week workout program (3-5 days/week). The program will be made specially based on current fitness level and goals. It will progress over the 12 week period to maximize results and be given as an easy to read chart with diagrams and pictures. I will need to know your height, weight, current fitness level, goals, and equipment you have access to.
